Take out one specific vegetable or food ingredient you do not like.

In order to meet your dietary requirements, your meal may be replaced with another meal which may not be on the day’s menu. The replacement will be subject to availability.

Q-Can I customize my Meal Plan?

A-We do not cater to customized orders for YOLO Meal Plan based on your macros, or multiple food items you do not want to eat.

Why can't see my order in my account?

It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Order Processing Time

Three (3) working days (excluding public holidays) are required to process your orders.

All online orders for YOLO Meal Plan and schedule delivery date submitted after 12.00pm on Mondays through Friday will be processed on the next working day.

YOLO Meal Plan orders and schedule delivery date submitted after 12.00pm on Friday will have the following Tuesday as the earliest delivery date available.

What happens after a Meal Plan order is placed?

Once you place your order for your YoloPlans, you will receive two emails:

Order Notification 

Delivery Dates (it can sometimes land in your spam) to fill out your order dates if you opted for any orders spanning 10 or more days.

I received my food. Now what?

All our meals are ready to be consumed and we recommend reheating the food (other than salads) for 2-3 minutes depending on your preference.

You are still able to do offline orders at our outlets for in-store prepped food 

Is YoloFoods Halal?

Yes we are now Certified Halal. 100% of all our products are sourced from JAKIM certified suppliers.

Our management recognizes the importance of Halal, not just for religious reasons, but also from a food safety perspective. Therefore we strive to provide the best quality and assurance to our customers through these certifications.

How to warm-up our YoloMeals and YoloEats products?

If you have kept your product chilled, you can warm it up with a pan/oven/microwave for a duration of 3 minutes. If your product is frozen, we recommend warming it up for 8-10 minutes. 

How do I get YOLO rewards points?

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry.

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.

Can my meals be customised?

We do not cater to customised orders for YoloFoods, YoloPlans, YoloMeals and YoloEats.

Do you provide Atkins, Keto or Vegan plans?

Aside from our existing Meal Plan options, we currently do not have any plans that fit other dietary requirements but we will keep those in mind for our future plans. Subscribe to our newsletterto get updates on new menus or plans that may suit your lifestyle. 

How frequently do you change your menu?

Our menu is curated on a 2 week cycle basis.

The menu will be sent to you by email once every 2 weeks.

What sort of requests that you don't accept?

While we strive to ensure we meet your dietary requirements, we seek your understanding as we are unable to acceed to the following requests:

Vegan Meal Plans (we do have a Vegetarian option as an alternative)

No onion / garlic / ginger

Numerous food ingredients you cannot eat

Customise plans based on your macros, or multiple foods you do not want to eat

For full-day plans, we do not charge any delivery fees.

For half-day plans, we charge RM 8.00 per day.

YoloMeals and YoloEats

We charge RM 8.00 for orders between RM 0.00 to RM 100.00

For orders above RM 100.00, the delivery fee is waved!

Do you guys deliver on weekends?

Due to low demand on weekends, we have ceased operations of our YoloPlans weekend delivery.

Our Meal Plans are delivered from Mondays through Fridays only, and we do not deliver on Public Holidays too.

We will be contacting you for alternative delivery dates should your pre-selected dates fall on either of the days where no deliveries are possible.

When will the food be delivered?


You will receive your food every morning between 8.30am - 12.30pm at the address you provided.

Do note that specific time cannot be chosen for meal delivery.


For lunch orders, you will receive your food every morning between 8.30am - 12.30pm at the address you provided.

For dinner orders, you will received your food between 2.30PM-6.30PM.

Do note that specific time cannot be chosen for meal delivery.

What if I need to cancel or change a delivery date / address?

You have to let us know for any changes / cancellation before 12.00pm two working days prior to the scheduled delivery date which you wish to amend. Failure to notify us in advance will render your meal(s) as opted-in and will be delivered accordingly.

Any change of delivery address after 12.00pm two working days prior the scheduled delivery, we will have to charge RM 10.00 for re-delivery fee and delivery time will not be within the time frame of 9.30am – 12.30pm for redelivery.

When using Yolo Group to order your Meal Plan delivery, you will be receiving the services of an independent delivery driver/runner. 

For orders made through our partners outside of Yolo Group, eg. Grab / FoodPanda, please send any enquiries you have directly with them. 

If I buy a Meal Plan, can I change the delivery address?

Sure! You are free to change the delivery address on Meal Plan delivery for 10 Day options and above.

Once you have purchased a plan, you will receive a link to fill out your delivery dates and addresses. The address can change depending on the delivery date, it is all up to you!

Do I need to receive the food every day?

Our subscription plan is very flexible as you select when you receive your daily package. Once, twice or 5 times a week, is all up to you! 

Note: Please bear in mind the number of weeks your plan is valid for while making your orders, eg. 10 Day plans are valid only for 4 weeks.

Customer Service Operation Hours

Our Customer Services are ready to be with you on Mondays through Fridays between 9.00am – 6.00pm.

Any emails / inquiries outside of these hours will receive a response within two business days.

We are closed on public holidays and weekends. No deliveries will be made during these times.

All other enquiries should be channeled through our Customer Services either via email, our web chatbox, Facebook Messenger or Instagram. Our outlets will not be able to assist your queries as all the information required to address your concerns are online.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to approval by the management in YoloFoods Sdn Bhd. We reserved the right to reject any refund with appropriate reasons.

Our policy lasts 3 working days. If you are requesting to cancel your order that is being processed, you must contact us before 3 working days or we will not accept any change or cancellations after the 3 working days period.

Prior change and cancellations are at our discretion and a refund of any cancelled order will be transferred back to your credit card that was used to place the order. 

How do I earn from sharing my referral link?

When someone purchases a meal using your link you will receive 10% off net sales in YoloCoins. For example, if they purchase a 30-day plan worth RM 1,000, you get RM 100 worth of YoloCoins to spend on our products… Almost a week worth of food!
