Each meal is portioned to deliver balanced energy, combining high quality protein, complex carbs and moderate fats to support satiety and sustained strength during Ramadan.

Conveniently prepared and frozen, the Sahur Power Bundle makes pre dawn meal planning simple and consistent.

Heating Instructions 

1. Take your choice of meal out of the freezer. Place them in the fridge overnight to thaw.
2. When ready, peel back plastic film completely.
3. Reheat in microwave 3-4 minutes. Microwave times will vary, depending on your appliances and setting.
4. Stir occasionally, and if require reheat in microwave for another 3-4 minutes. Check every few minutes or so to see if the meal is reheated to your liking.

Storage Instructions (meals and snacks):
Store in the freezer (-18°C) until the expiry date, or 5 days in the fridge (1-4°C).
